On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, Torre restaurant offers an original tasting menu created by resident chef Lorenzo Lunghi.

The five-course menu, designed for dinner on Tuesday 14 February 2023, creates an ideal dialogue between authentic Italian tradition and its contemporary reinterpretation. Seasonality, fresh ingredients and unusual combinations are the distinctive elements of the Torre restaurant’s cuisine and hat can be also found in the dishes created for this special occasion: a journey of discovery of regional recipes revisited with creative freedom.
