• Human Rights;
• Principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion;
• Applicable laws and regulations;
• Measures taken by the Authorities;
• Model 231 and/or company procedures.

WHAT TO REPORT

Fondazione Prada encourages its stakeholders and visitors to report any irregular, improper, or unlawful conduct – whether potential, highly probable, or already committed – as well as any behavior that could cause damage to the foundation, including reputational damage. To facilitate this, Fondazione established dedicated procedures and a whistleblowing system that offers protected channels for reporting. This system guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, and the information provided, as well as protection against retaliation.

HOW TO REPORT

Fondazione Prada has set up an independent digital platform, managed by a specialized third-party provider. This platform ensures effective and confidential reporting while allowing anyone to submit a report—either anonymously or openly—either in writing or by voice. It guarantees the highest level of protection in compliance with current regulations.

WHAT DOES FONDAZIONE PRADA DO AFTER RECEIVING A REPORT?

The whistleblowing process includes the following stages:
• Receipt and handling of reports;
• Preliminary assessment;
• Investigation;
• Closure of the report;
• Remedial and/or improvement actions.

WHAT NOT TO REPORT

Please note that reports not covered by the guidelines mentioned above will not be processed. Specifically, this includes reports concerning situations of an exclusively personal nature, such as disputes, claims or personal requests relating exclusively to individual employment relationships or relating to employment relationships with hierarchical superiors. For more detailed information, please refer to the reporting procedure.
