The Milan venue is open every day from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Closed on Tuesdays.

Osservatorio is open Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Closed on Tuesdays.

The Venice venue is open every day from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Closed on Tuesdays.



Fondazione Prada does not offer free admission days. Ticket prices are available on the dedicated page.



The Milan venue has a free parking lot with 75 spaces, located at Largo Isarco 1. The parking lot is reserved for visitors, Bar Luce customers, and Torre Restaurant customers.



Yes, a ticket is required to visit Fondazione Prada’s projects.

Outdoor areas, the Bookshop, and the Study Room at the Milan venue can be accessed without purchasing an admission ticket.

Tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Desk and online – online purchases include a €1 presale fee per ticket. Please see our Visit page for ticket prices.

Tickets and eligibility for reduced or free admission are verified at the entrance of each exhibition space.



Tickets are valid only for the selected date and cannot be changed or refunded.



You can go to the Ticket Desk with proof of payment and collect a paper copy of your online ticket.

To protect the artworks, visitors are asked to keep a safe distance of at least an arm’s length and to respect any barriers. Touching artworks, platforms, or cases is not permitted unless otherwise indicated by gallery staff or signage.



The cloakroom service is free of charge and available during Fondazione Prada’s opening days and hours.
For security reasons, bulky items such as bags, backpacks, and luggage larger than 40×30×20 cm, helmets, scooters, folding bicycles, skateboards, etc. are not allowed inside Fondazione Prada’s exhibition spaces.



Animals, including small pets, are not allowed in Fondazione Prada’s indoor and outdoor spaces, except for assistance and emotional support animals (ESAs), upon presentation of certification.



Smoking is not permitted in any indoor or outdoor areas of Fondazione Prada.



Food and drinks are not allowed inside the exhibition spaces of Fondazione Prada.



Photography of the artworks and spaces is allowed for personal use only. Tripods and camera extension poles are not permitted in any exhibition spaces.
Commercial photography and video shoots or posed photo sessions are not permitted in indoor or outdoor areas, including Bar Luce and Torre Restaurant.

Strollers are allowed in all spaces, except for the permanent projects located in the Haunted House and Cinema -1 spaces at the Milan venue.
Fondazione Prada provides free baby carriers, available at the cloakroom.



Free Wi-Fi is available in all Fondazione Prada spaces and in the Study Room.



The Study Room is a freely accessible space for study and reading.
It is located on the first floor of the Biblioteca building and is accessible during Fondazione Prada’s opening hours.

All items found in the premises after closing time are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

Seating is available in outdoor areas and exhibition rooms to allow visitors to rest. A lounge area is also available in the Bookshop.

The Accademia dei bambini is located within Fondazione Prada’s Milan venue, at Largo Isarco 2. The spaces are located on the first floor of the Biblioteca building.

Cinema Godard is located within Fondazione Prada’s Milan venue, Largo Isarco 2.



The monthly program is available online or as a free printed copy at the Ticket Desk and inside the Cinema.



Tickets for screenings can be purchased online or at the dedicated Ticket Desk located inside the Cinema. The Ticket Desk opens 30 minutes before the start of screenings and closes 15 minutes after the film start time. Seats are numbered. Admission to the theater is allowed up to 15 minutes after the film starts. The ticket does not include admission to Fondazione Prada’s permanent and temporary projects.



Visitors with limited mobility who need to use the elevator may request assistance from the staff at the Cinema entrance.

Torre Restaurant is located at Via Lorenzini 14, 20139 Milan, on the sixth floor of Fondazione Prada’s Torre building.
