Fondazione Prada has established a Code of Ethics that applies to everyone involved with the foundation, including founders, directors, managers, supervisory board members, employees, collaborators, business partners, and others.
This Code outlines fundamental principles that guide the foundation’s actions and decisions in both cultural and managerial contexts. It promotes ethical and responsible conduct based on the following values: honesty, legality, loyalty, fairness, transparency, and truthfulness of information. It also emphasizes respect for and enhancement of human resources, diversity, and equal opportunities, as well as the prevention of workplace harassment, health and safety measures, and environmental protection. Additionally, the Code addresses the management of conflicts of interest, the protection of intellectual property, and the confidential treatment of sensitive information. All individuals governed by this Code are required to: (1) carry out the foundation’s activities with integrity, professionalism and diligence, protecting the institution’s reputation; (2) comply with applicable regulations, internal policies and established ethical principles; (3) avoid any unlawful or unethical behaviour, including corrupt practices in relations with the Public Administration; (4) promptly report any violations of laws, ethical principles or internal rules to the Supervisory Body through the whistleblowing system; (5) fully cooperate with any verification, inspection or investigation conducted by or on behalf of Fondazione Prada.
